CANCELLATION POLICY
I do require 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation of an appointment. The full cost of the treatment will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours of your appointment.
If you make a booking within 24 hours of your appointment you will still be liable for the full treatment cost if you fail to arrive for your appointment.
So please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment, or even if you are running late- I will do all that I can to accomodate you.
