Pilates for Sport and Functional Activities

Enhance your movement, balance, and body awareness with Pilates designed to support everyday activities and athletic performance.
In these sessions, you will:
- Explore playful, unpredictable movement to improve balance
- Learn to listen to your body and understand the causes of joint pain and niggles
- Discover how your breath impacts your core stability
- Leave feeling refreshed and aligned - like a full-body tune-up

Cost: £56 for the 7-week block
Drop-in may be available at £10 per session (subject to space).
